FLETCHER

Rottweiler mix male, 5 years old and 70 hunks cuteness pounds

Fletcher is a big ol’clumsy goofball who identifies as a lap dog. He came to the shelter with two other dogs, so he may be able to live with another social canine housemate. Fletcher knows sit, is mellow indoors and seems to love everyone he meets! Fletcher does pull a bit on-leash, but we think with a little basic obedience training, that problem can be solved super quick.  He is eager to please and very attentive to people!

FLOYD

Terrier mix male, 2 years old and a sweet 20 pounds

Floyd is a shy dog who needs time to adjust to any new environment or people. He is treat-motivated (which is great for training) and has shown an interest in toys—he just needs to learn they are not going to hurt him. Floyd came from a hoarding situation and unfortunately, he did not get much socialization with people. He has lived with other dogs. We think with time, lots of TLC and patience, Floyd will gain confidence and become a wonderful and loyal companion. We’ve certainly seen this scenario before; it’s a wonder what love can do!

RIHANNA

Mixed Breed female, 9 months old and 44 soulful pounds

Rihanna came to the shelter from a hoarding situation, and very thin. She lived with several other dogs. Rihanna can be shy when she first meets new people, but warms up once she feels comfortable. When Rihanna was in the meet and greet room, we found out she LOVES to play with toys! Rihanna does walk on leash and likes to be right next to her person. With some time and lots of love, we think Rihanna will bloom into a wonderful companion.

LORETTA

Mixed Breed female, 9 months old and 43 playful pounds

Sweet Loretta is a little bit shy, but once she knows you and feels comfortable, she warms up and becomes a playful puppy! Loretta does walk on leash, but she will need lots of TLC and basic obedience. She’s eager to please, so training will be fun and rewarding for her. Loretta came to the shelter from a hoarding situation and was very skinny. But, this girl is a beauty!

BILLIE

Mixed Breed female, 2 years old and 45 sweet pounds.

Billie is a sweetheart, but she lacks some good old confidence. She’s a submissive, shy dog who will need lots of TLC to help her gain self-assurance. Billie came to the shelter from a hoarding situation and unfortunately, she did not get much socialization with people. Billie lived with other dogs of all sizes. With a little time and lots of TLC, Billie will blossom into a loving and loyal companion.

EVEREST-COURTESY

**Mixed Breed SPAYED female, 1 year old, large breed! **

Everest is currently in a temporary home getting the BEST care. Here are a few things we've learned about Everest: Everest walks well on the leash, loves kids and does well with other dogs. She has good manners when she's out in public and in stores as well. Everest's had some training by Nancy Skelly--a local dog trainer. CHER

Lab X female, 3 years old and a darlin’ 60 pounds

Cher quickly became the shelter Adoption Coordinator’s favorite dog, due to her fun and sweet personality! Cher is easy to walk on leash and enjoys being out in the great wild youder! Cher is mellow indoors, and when she was in the Meet & Greet room, she got up on the couch and took a snooze. Cher came from a hoarding situation and lived with several dogs of all sizes.

PETTY

Lab X male, 10 months old and 40 mighty adorable pounds

Petty can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for him to warm up and show his playful personality. Petty walks nicely on-leash and is eager to learn new things. Petty came from a hoarding situation and unfortunately, he did not get much socialization with people. He lived with several dogs of all sizes. We know with some TLC Petty will gain confidence and become a loving loyal companion.

BUCK

Labrador mix male puppy, 7 months old and 45 pounds

Buck is currently in a foster home getting lots of exposure to other dogs, cats and people. He knows sit, is crate trained, lives with other dogs and has been getting along with cats. Buck may need some time to adjust to any new environment, but we don’t think it will take long before he is trying to crawl into your lap!

TOMMY

Mixed Breed male, 9 months old and 47 uber-good looking pounds

Tommy came to the shelter as a stray. This pup had a shoe string imbedded into the flesh around his neck, and needed surgery for it to be removed. Tommy enjoyed spending time in the Meet and Greet room during his evaluation. As new people walked in and out, he was curious and engaging. Tommy walks nicely on leash and enjoys getting out for walks. We want this young dog to be adopted into a home where he will know kindness, and be inundated with TLC…because he deserves nothing less.

JOY

Shepherd female, 10 months old and 41 joyful pounds

Joy enjoyed spending time in the meet and greet room during her evaluation. As new people walked in and out, she was curious and engaging. Joy is like most dogs her age—energetic and fun-loving. This beautiful Shepherd type dog is an active girl who will benefit from basic obedience training. Joy already knows sit, and undoubtedly will learn more very quickly. Joy loves her toys!

CODY

Mixed Breed male, 1 year old and 75 good-looking pounds

Cody is one handsome dude! He’s a sweet, happy boy who’s in heaven when he is getting attention! Cody is easy to walk and enjoys going on adventures. We think Cody would be happy in a home with children and perhaps a friendly canine roomie. This guy will be a loyal and loving companion.
