COURTESY POST-SHILOH

SHILOH BIO:

Shiloh was found as an abandoned stray dog, and he’s been with them for a year. Unfortunately, Shiloh got into the neighbor’s chicken coop, and we know how that turned out. His guardians need to find Shiloh a new home, and here’s what they told us about him:

• Shiloh is a very beautiful, loving dog who is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and also Nexgard monthly. His county registration has been paid for three years. His one flaw is separation anxiety and his tendency to escape when left in the backyard on his own too long. Shiloh is pretty bonded with our other dog. He is crate trained and stays in an enclosed hallway during the day while we are at work. We don’t know how he does with cats, but we DO know that Shiloh’s new home must be CHICKEN-FREE! More:

• Shiloh is pretty mellow for a husky, likes to lay around at home with his owners but then go on a daily walk • Eager to please and loves people • Gets along well with other active dogs, currently lives with an older dog, and they play A LOT! • Enjoys the dog park, hiking, the river, and the beach • Likes children • Does have some separation anxiety, likes to be with owners, especially in new situations. • Does well travelling in a car and sleeps in a crate at night.
